This project required us to study and pick one of the United States Constitutional amendments and create two posters for it. I chose the 22nd amendment which states that no person shall hold the office of president more than twice.
These two posters were created for two different audiences, one inside of MECA&D and one outside. It was dificult to create a poster that could be on displayed to the public and be nonpartisan. What this constraint led to was an orange broken clock with the headline being “Two Term Limit”. For the ‘inside’ voice, created the effect of having the 22nd amendment text create Donald Trumps face. This effect works best at a distance to see his face, and as one gets closer you are able to make out the words themselves.
